"I was Price shopping today and asking about what used tires go for, and she says they start out at $45. and I ask what is the most you've charged for used tires and she said "what is it that you want" I was just shopping for prices and I do believe that the person answering the phone could polish up on their customer service. I told the lady thank you very much and that i was price shopping and politely I let her go. If this is the kind of service I can expect from the rest of the team this is probably not where I want to shop. It surprises me because it looks like they have a fairly High star review If the owner would like to reach out to me, it would be a welcome phone call. I hope they do."
