"Great place that helps the community. They sell donated clothes for very cheap. They will hell people pay bills. They also give sway food every week and have a hot soup kitchen for the needy in the community. If you have stuff to donate I encourage you to use Mustard Seed instead of Goodwill."
"A very nice and very friendly place. I just love shopping here for my wife and I."
"This place is taxpayer-funded and we get the lowest quality of food given to us The employees get all of the good stuff and give away all of the old expired stuff to the people that we are paying taxes for to help fund their needs I'm making a city complaint about this and we'll have a petition started that we start getting better food Also they like to try to run you when you're shopping a few minutes early before they actually close Rude employees I recorded one of the ladies and she got mad She threw a fit because she had to be there"
"Amazing place to shop! Most of the items are below $10! I love it, I visit frequently. However, I don’t think that a few of the VOLUNTEERS realize that they Do not have to be there. On multiple occasions I have encountered rude customer service. It’s usually from the female volunteers. Two in particular. I am not sure if it’s because of my skin color or whether they’re just rude in general. Ladies if you ever read this, you are volunteering. Do not run customers away with your attitudes and bad hospitality. As you’re providing a service to the public, you should always make a point to be in your best spirits if not...... Do not Volunteer!!!"
"The new director is very hateful and rude to customers. NOT A PEOPLE PERSON!! I have seen people walk away saying they will never return due to her disgruntleness. There are a few very nice people volunteering here and to those, thank you. I have donated here for years and I am also a customer. If it were not for the customers, this woman would not have a job. Why be so hateful to the public who keeps you in business? I'm not sure why someone would put someone like her in charge of such a good service to the community. I have seen her turn people away who needed help with furniture and household items due to a house fire. Maybe it was the wrong day? I hope the few good ones left continue to help the less fortunate."
