"I felt like the person taking orders was a little brash and loud. The drive-thru was pretty slow, but the food was fresh. Usually, when I visit this Krystal, the fries have been sitting for a while, but this time, they were hot and fresh. Overall this visit was better than most."

"There should be an option to give zero stars, as this store was abysmal this afternoon. After ordering and moving up to the window to pay, we were ignored for a full 10 minutes by the worker focusing all her time on her visible tablet. Finally two other workers handled the payment and gave us the food. We then drove a short distance to Harbor Freight to eat. Once we opened the bags we found very cold fries and burgers. The buns on a few of the burgers were hard and dry from sitting out. With the food so cold, what was the purpose for making wait 10 minutes at the window? I can understand waiting for food to be prepared, but it was cold. I think they made us wait at the window and served us cold food out of spite. I'll never go back. Food was too cold and questionable to eat, so fed it to my dogs. Didn't even drink the sodas."
