"We went here Saturday 23 December and it was not busy. There were multiple people working and hanging out with some of their friends, which is fine. However, the young woman that took our orders and scooped the ice cream seemed to be annoyed that we were there getting ice cream, taking time away from her talking with her friends. It brought down the experience a little bit"

"The coffee was drip and was not remarkable, it also was not offensive so that's even. There was only non diary pre-portioned carnation for creamer, this is not my favorite and hopefully they will rectify that soon. The server was nice and no detractor whatsoever, it was morning and the place was empty. Atmosphere is tricky because of no one else there but what they have set up matters : place is clean and attractive and smells wonderful, all pluses. It's not trying to be a four star posh coffee stop, that's a good thing. I wasn't crazy about the fact that that the music was on a Bluetooth speaker out in the restaurant and was quite a bit too loud, so there is some detraction for that. Now the cinnimon roll was quite good! I should have asked for the frosting on the side, but that's on me, not them. They taste homemade and it was fairly recently baked, tons of cinnimon and a wonderful texture to the pastry. Top marks there. I give a four here as that is the ONLY thing I have had so far, so I cannot say about their other items. If you are in the area, I would say stop here before checking out the usual suspect large chains, way more charm here."

I am in love with the Basic Betty Waffle with strawberries! I am so grateful and happy for this new location in my home town!"

"Went there for breakfast this morning, coffee and food was delicious. The hard workers and owners are a blessing to the community for bringing such a fun and yummy place to hangout. Take these one star reviewers with a grain of salt, this business has only been open a couple of days. People should not be allowed to leave negative reviews until a business has been open at least 6 months."
