"I went shopping here today, and I specifically told the young lady that I needed a 5 in 1/2 boys shoe. She came back with a totally different shoe than I asked for. Secondly, when she finally brought the shoe back, it was a size 5 (I had already purchased the shoe and went home). I also purchased another pair of shoes however, when I arrived home, it was only one shoe in the box. Please hire people that pay attention to detail. This is a retail store not a place where kids hang out. I will be back to exchange shoes or get my money back tomorrow...dated 8-5-2023."
"Online shopping is almost impossible! It should not be the customer’s responsibility to find product from different stores. All online items should be available from a central warehouse or distribution center. This way, customers should have the option to ship to home or their nearest retailer. It took me over an hour to find these two items, searching 10 different stores. Ridiculousl!"
