"I had a very positive shopping experience with Caitlyn! She was very helpful and patient with me when I asked to try on multiple shoes. She has a contagious smile and is the epitome of awesome customer service! I will definitely continue to shop at this store because of her."

"Poor Customer Service!! The employees are not attentative. Purchased a pair of shoes, drove 40 minutes back home to another city and only one shoe was in the box. I called the store and spoke with Nikki, the manager, and she was no help. Never apologized one time for the inconvenience or the mistake. All she kept saying is "of course". She offered a 10 percent discount for the issue, however that is not sufficient for having to drive 40 minutes back to the store using gas and wasting time. This issue has put me in a very bad situation as I am preparing for vacation and my time is very limited! I can say the lady with the black hair (no face pearcings) was great! Kudos to her! Anyone that shops here will need to check their bag to make sure both shoes are in the box because the employees are not checking and act like it's your fault when you call and tell them. Please provide better customer service when a mistake has been made on the store's part!"
