"I ordered on the app and there was an issue and they didn't receive the order. A server was on her way out and very kindly stopped to ask if I needed help and proceeded to help with the issue. I had to wait a bit longer to get my food but they were apologetic and, ultimately, it's technology, stuff happens. What matters is what they did to fix it and it did end up getting worked out."

"This McDonald's is drive-thru and kiosk ordering only. I was disappointed there wasn't a real person at a register. I realize this is the way of the future and many people like this. I'm older and prefer person to person service"

"Had me waiting 20 minutes in line for a Sausage Mcmuffin and a hash brown. Made me late for work safe to say I will not be trying to get breakfast with this slow service McDonalds. You can tell the workers weren’t doing anything prior to customers showing up."

"I've been here multiple times, and the one thing that is consistent is the terrible service. It should not take 5 to 10 min to serve 2 people. Not to mention, they almost always get the order wrong and have to ask people to pull up to a park and wait just for a simple order of a burger amd fries."

"I know....it is McDonald's. But come on. There was no one to take our order. We had to order at the kiosk. A worker who was supposed to work the counter, as that is where he ended up, was outside on his phone when we walked in....on a video call where everyone could hear his conversation. After ordering our food, and we were the only customers inside, with maybe 4 cars in the drive through, we sat down to filthy tables. Our food took 15 minutes to be brought out. One gentleman came in to get a mobile order after waiting 20 minutes in his car. I simply am at a loss for what this has come to. No customer service. No one even really talking to you. Employees on their phones and outside when they have a job to do. Covid can simply not be an excuse any longer. I know that businesses are trying to cut corners to make more money. Yet, what this boils down to is simply poorly run and lower standards for the customers. It is utterly ridiculous. Yet, because people continue to eat there, no changes will be made. McDonald's....you are failing the customers that are paying for your doors to remain open, and you won't make changes because your bottom line is the priority. You know people are still going to eat your food. So essentially, a rant that will never matter because nothing will change."
