"The food was meh. We had plenty of seating options - our party of 6 chose a table and chairs. We all had breakfast and the omelette was the best. The biscuits are the run of the mill restaurant pkg variety. Our waitress was a kick in the pants. She was the best part of our morning."

"The employees are all really friendly and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. The atmosphere reminded me of walking into a diner when I was a child. The menu prices are decent and the portion sizes are perfect. I got the Wednesday special of roast beef and three. The sides I picked were mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac and cheese, and cabbage. The roast beef was delicious and tender and the mashed potatoes were creamy. The Mac and cheese was a little bit on the watery side and not very flavorful. The cabbage was seasoned well, but overcooked and soggy. Mt oldest son ordered the mushroom swiss burger with fries and he said it was really delicious and the fries were cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My youngest son ordered the chicken tenders and fries from the kids' menu and was equally pleased with his food. He really liked that they brought him a squirt bottle of BBQ sauce instead of the little packets you get at other restaurants. He was happy to have as much sauce as he wanted. We will definitely return!"

"Great food, great service, great cornbread! I love the atmosphere too. I could barely keep my hands off the food. The beef on a bun is incredible! The gravy is to die for! The chocolate pie was unexpected in flavor but in a good way! Will be coming again!"

"I arrived 15 minutes before closing time without knowing they had modified the working hours so I entered the place hoping I could be attended. I was very well welcomed and served with warm southern friendliness. I had the 1 meat - 3 veggies meal. Roast beef, cole slaw, green beans and mac&cheese were a delight for dinner. The cornbread sticks were delicious. I'm usually not very fond of bread but I left not a crumb. I will definitely come back."

"Wanda was absolutely fantastic! Cannot thank her enough! We were in the area and decided to try this place and so glad we did. You're offered drinks and cornbread sticks immediately upon sitting down. They are delicious! I had four!!!! We ordered the club sandwich and the triple cheese chicken with onion rings-again, delicious! We also received out food within ten minutes. The onion rings are meticulously breaded and fried to perfection. You can actually take a bite without it falling apart! Highly recommend! We will definitely return when in the area!
