"I hate leaving bad reviews and rarely do it (only when an experience was truly terrible) I like hooters in general but will never return to this location again. The inside of the building is absolutely filthy. Smells of old stagnant water, water drips from above vents, bathroom was so dirty I was scared to use it. Service was okay but not great by any means. From what I could see our server had one other table yet we had to keep asking for refills, our check etc and she would walk right passed us to talk to her other table for 5+ min at a time without getting us what we needed. The food was pretty bad at this location our wings even looked old and seemed to be reheated our bill was over $100 just for my husband and I and other than one drink each 95% of what we ordered was on our plates when we left. I used to come here many years ago and it was not like this. Highly disappointed and with as filthy as it was inside i definitely would never go back to this location"

"Placed an order for pickup to enjoy during the super bowl. The order I received was accurate but both meals look as if they were old and heated up. The chicken wing orfer barely has any fries and the wings look old. The boneless wings order looks like it is for a kid."

"Would have given no stars but my boyfriend loved his sliders. Attempted to call multiple times today with no answer. Got a 10 piece extra crispy last night and ate 3 on the way home in the dark. I obviously noticed they weren’t extra crispy while eating them but I thought I’ll just stick them in the air fryer it’s fine. Only to get home open the box back up and see that none of the wings were cooked all the way through. Stomach cramps and puke all day and no way to reach anyone in management just to inform them is crazy. I definitely don’t want anything re-made. Long story short.. check your wings before you leave."

"One of the few spots in Clarksville open late for food. Awesome wings! Manager is great if you respectfully bring your issue to their attention. (They are people too guys.) Best time to go for less people (Mon - Weds *as long as there are no big games on) Worst time to go for great customer service at a table (Mon - Weds) Worst time to go for great customer service at the bar (never) I visited here 3 times alone and once with a friend. There were less than 10 customers in there each visit. Each time I got wings & fries. (Wings were hot & delicious every time. Had to send the fries back for being lukewarm a couple of times) Each “eating at the bar” visit was flawless. Each “sitting at a table” experience was lack luster. (Not all of the servers behave like this.) The one I kept getting would take my order, disappear ( go sit at another guests table and stay there) until the food came out, then I wouldn’t see her again until the check came. Never checked on me. One visit I had to get up from my table, go to the bar, and ask for a refill, silverware, and the check three separate times. All in all I will keep going back because of the great cooks in the back slinging amazing wings, the awesome friendly service at the bar, and the fact that they are open late. 5 Stars for the bar staff!!!!! 5 stars for the kitchen staff!!!! 5 stars for the manager!!!!! 5 stars for the atmosphere!!!!! 1 star for the server who seems to forget all about me. = 3 star review."

"I have been to several Hooters in my lifetime time. I've been to Clarksville tons of times but never came to Clarksville's Hooters. I most say I was overly impressed. I will say this was the best Hooters I've been too. 2 reasons anyone goes to a Hooters. #1 The girls. #2 The food. I have some nachos & and tacos. Buddy had the wings. Everything was great. Tennessee itself has some gorgeous women. & this Hooters did not fail in hiring a bunch. The atmosphere was chill. I noticed that they tend to their regulars like their friends or family. It was my first time there. So, I didn't get that treatment. But it was there, I saw it. If I didn't have to ride/drive 2 hrs to come here, I would be a regular. So, If you want plenty of great food & beer, amazing eye candy, and a chill friendly atmosphere. This is your place. I highly recommend. I will go back some day."
