"This is the third location i have tried ordering the new mint chocolate shake for my son and this is the third time that the machine is broken and he is still unable to try the shake. Its very disappointing because this is was the reason for coming to arbys all 3 times. It's extremely difficult getting in and out due to the lines being long in the turning lane and blocking the way in. The service was nice though and wasn't hee fault that all three locations we've tried have failed to keep up with their equipment."

"The manager on duty was very rude. I went through drive thru specifically so I would not have to get my baby out in the cold weather. I tried to place my order through drive thru and the manager stated that I would need to come inside to order my sliders. Now I order sliders from every other location in town a few times a month and if they don't have any fresh, they tell me to pull forward and wait. This manager on duty refused to let me order, was very rude and condescending. I had to explain to him through the drive they speaker that I'm not getting my newborn baby out in this cold weather just to place an order. It was a horrible experience. I will never go back to this location again. I usually spend $100+ on food at arbys a few times a month. For as much money as I'm spending to order food, i shouldn't have to explain why I need to order food through drive thru just to order food. That's horrible!"

"This particular Arby's may be the best fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. The staff is very professional, very friendly, and the food is always great! By my third visit they all seemed to know me and I eat there at least once every week!"

"Wow I’m quite disappointed, we just stopped in to get 4 sliders, mozzarella sticks and curly fries. As I was driving I didn’t open my sliders until I got home… So about the fries, they are super stale! Like they’ve just been reheated, the mozzarella sticks were not fully melted, okay I suppose I can look past that but this is what my slider looks like. Seriously? This is ridiculous! Not coming back anytime soon. My second slider had a little more meat on it but it tastes off. So this was just a waste of money and time."
