"Lady on the phone hung up on me very unprofessional submitted an order for same day pick up for a poster and some pictures when I went to pick it up THE NEXT DAY they didn’t have it ready they took over an 1 hour, waited for it then they told me their machine broke understand I waited over a weeks no update on it mind you I already paid for it asked if it can be printed in another stored they lady said that’s on you and hung up extremely rude don’t go here for photo prints"

"So upset, I called 3 times into this location this morning just for them to literally pick up the phone and then hang up in my face twice without saying a word, and the third time I was just left on hold through the automated service. All I wanted to do was confirm if I could come a get my passport photo taken. So I end up just going in and they tell me that they don’t have the cameras to take passport photos. Like that’s why I called in 3 times to confirm. And the automated service said that this location did do passport photos. So I just wasted 30 mins of my life and morning all cause they wouldn’t even answer there phone. Do not do any thing of importance at this location you will be disappointed. I should’ve listened to all the reviews that were on here smh"

"Made an appointment online around 8am for a covid rapid test at 3:45pm. It was the earliest available at all the surrounding locations, needed a test in order to be counted for class that night, came to the window at 3:40pm to find a cute little note that said they are closing early, an employee inside saw me and put his hands up as if to say "nothing we can do" yet a simple email in the 7 hour span of time could've allowed me a chance to go elsewhere and ended up costing me an absence from school do to the insurance policy. Should've checked the reviews before, there's a reason this location has two very generous stars. If you need a visual aid, Google a flaming dumpster."

"I have been a customer at this store for over 20 years. The customer service has deteriorated to the point it is impossible do business. Phone skills are minimal. I was hung upon twice before I could reply to their hello. My wife finds the employees impossible to communicate with. My doctor has asked if I would change pharmacy because they were hung up on 4 times. I believe them because I was hung up on twice. THe pharmacy manager says that happens all the time. I video taped the exchange. I approached this as a misunderstanding but the manager was not interested in my input and asked if “I wanted the prescription or not.”"

"I sat in the drive-through for over 30 minutes while they ignored everyone in drive-through and rang everybody up at the front register. Most unprofessional Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Too chatty and slow."
