"Today, I was at 9600 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX 78748 Ross store making a family shopping for Thanksgiving season, and I found a great black jacket by Calvin Klein on $ 19.99 dls. I was surprised by the price and for sure I taked it to buy it with a lot of stuff more. When I was trying to conclude my purchases the cashier noticed that there was a mistake in the price marked for the black jacket and she removed label wrong for the jacket and she also canceled the item for my ticket just because she wanted and she decided, she told me that there was no way to sell that jacket at that price and I say I want it and it was not my mistake, she told me is up to you if you want to continue buying the rest of the items because a he is not going to sell that black jacket at $19.99 she told me you can Pau $99.00 dls if you want it. I asked for the manager, and she told me she is the manager and nothing is going to change. She asked me if i wanted to continue?" Or do you want to leave? For sure, I continued with my purchases because I didn't want to lose all my items additional to the back jacket. I think she did it because she noticed I'm not an American. It was discrimination. I was really upset about this situation. I can't believe that this is still happening. I'm the US. In the picture, you can see the item deleted and the cashier"
"This is terrible is a mess the whole store is a mess nothing organized but still good deals and prices good brands for just a couple dollars the security is very helpful and friendly better than employees I’ll be back and firts time here easy access to the 35fwy"
"Such a strange employee attitude here. Apparently they aren't interested in selling anything - there were people that seemed to be doing inventory that blocked aisles and made it impossible to shop, and when I did find some things and ventured into the checkout lane I knew I was in trouble. Despite lots of people wanting to check out, there were only two lanes open and a self check that the manager seemed much more interested in than the lanes where you had to go if you had over 15 items, which most people did. After I finally got to the front of the line the woman cashier decided to close, and started shuffling hangers and wasting time as the line grew. I am assuming the guy that she left open was new - he didn't have a name tag like everyone else did, and you could tell he was drowning but no one helped him. The woman went on break as the line got longer even though she could see that there was an ever growing line of frustrated customers including myself. When it was finally time for me to check out I discovered there were no large bags, and no wrapping materials - an issue when you are buying large glass home items. Add to that the fact you can't take carts out, and they had to put each item I bought in a small bag which I had to figure out how to get it to my car. Ross does have great buys, but the lack of customer service and any interest in the experience that their customers struggle though has me reconsidering where I shop - it won't be at this store!"
"I found all kinds of great quality clothing at Ross's all the time. stuff you wouldn't think would be there for a great price. including all kinds of other stuff like kitchenware and bathroom accessories and decor. Why go to the mall and spend a lot of money when you can go to Ross's and find pretty much the same stuff for way cheaper."
