"3.3.23 night shift only has 1 person operating the entire building & they are of course up at the front checking out so there is no one to help you reach the personal items that are locked up. Instead, they will tell you to come to the register , in front of everyone , to ask you what you need so you're not only embarrassed but you also will still have to wait. If I could give zero stars for failure to meet customer service basics I would."

"Consistently the worst pharmacy experience you can imagine. Long wait times, out of stock more times than not, and will not have your prescriptions ready when promised. On top of that they’ve reduced hours recently to close an hour sooner. So add less convenient to the list of why to avoid this Walgreens pharmacy, if you can."

"Yesterday at 12pm I was told my medication would be ready in 90 minutes. I did not mention I have had issues getting a same day fill in 5 or 6 months on any of my medications. Next day now. Still pending. Called at 11am. After holding told it would be ready within the hour. It is 2:45pm and standing in line because it is still not ready. I have been getting this medication for 6 years from Walgreens and it has never taken 2 days to fill the prescription once it was in stock. I have worked in medical billing for 10 years so I understand the insurance side. Doctor submits referrals 3-4 weeks prior every month. So, not that. I called on another prescription last month but not getting into that other than having to pay cash. Nobody tries to apologize. I DO NOT recommend this location. I rely on my meds day to day for narcolepsy and it is a safety issue. Time to use another Walgreens since I know it possible to have prescription filled within 24 hours."

"I had my prescriptions moved from my neighborhood Walgreens because my narcolepsy medication was always on backorder. I don't think I have had same day fill in 6 months. I've seen the reviews over the last few months and have put off submitting a review. It maybe a management issue. I was there a few months ago and the manager walked into the pharmacy 20 minutes before close asking about the computer screen after the staff had been slammed all evening. It was a little condescending he could have jumped into help. This is my last time to use this pharmacy."
