"All I have to say is shame on Circle k for purposely closing restrooms in not so good neighborhoods and treating individuals differently because of where they live. Circle K was not the only culprit on this as i went to two other stores, and all had apparent issues. Discrimination is real, and it's so mind-blowing that most restrooms in this area are refusing to allow customers to use the restrooms, even if you're a paying customer. Today, I had one of the worst experiences. The morning cashier was rude and not emphatic to my situation. I don't live by this area but figured all Circle K have a restroom and I could stop to use it however to my surprise both woman and men restrooms had signs that they were out of order however an employee had just finished using the services. When I questioned her on how employees would use the services, she responded by yelling , getting an attitude, and saying they were out of order. From the research I did from other customers, their restrooms are always out of order . Imagine that. It appears the city of Houston, health inspectors, permits department, or news should investigate further on unfair treatment on minorities or residents in these areas."
"Terrible service older woman who was thin and possibly of Indian descent was heinously rude. She told me to go to Walmart or somewhere else. Didn't care if I didn't like that they don't have posted which cash register is accepting the different payments, it was cash or card. What an absolute nightmare for a business to have such terrible attitudes and behavior representing such a reputable brand and corporation in both Circle K and Valero. That lady straight up doesn't care if she loses business or sends it running far far away."
"I wish I could provide a higher score for this location since we are in the neighborhood and it’s convenient for us to go here. The employees (specifically the older woman at the front and the older man named Frank, except for one who works the late midnight shift) are combative and argumentative, and accuse multiple customers of wrongdoing without any evidence. I will not be returning, and will be telling as many of our friends, clients, and neighboring businesses (including Amazon employees that we know) not to go there, but to instead go to the Valero down the street or the new 7-11 that is getting built a few streets down. Good luck and hope you exit unscathed, if you dare enter."
"This is by far the worst convenient store I have ever been to. The owner must not care about his sales or repeat business. Every time I go the cashiers are rude and talk to you as if they want to start an argument. The male cashier with the greying hair and pony tail taunted me and like a child made faces at me as he refused service. The cashiers are slow and have attitudes. I'm disgusted with this service and discrimination. Same cashier Everytime. Please fix your horrible store and it's awful employees. Children can do their job better. I will be contacting your corporate office."
"It's a Valero gas station, nothing special. They have the typical assortment of overpriced merchandise and gasoline. And, as you can see from the picture, you can park as close as you want to the building. Saves you a few steps, I guess."
