"I've never interacted with a more unprofessional pharmacy in my life. They've been kicking the tire on my prescription for over 6 months. If it's out of stock, that's fine, just communicate that. But even worse is the lack of knowledge from these people. I've had to call my doctor multiple times because of miscommunication by them."

"I was in CVS today with my son in a stroller and my 9 year old daughter. I ran out of the store because our bus was at the bus stop and can not miss that bus as we have a 5:00 apt and my children and I were looking for a chocolate calendar and the security guard went on the bus and went inside my stroller and took my baby wipes out. Mind you they were orange CVS wipes that my caseworker gave me earlier today when I went to The Source in spring branch where I take classes and they help with diapers and wipes weekly! I was so embarrassed and now my son doesn’t have wipes so I can clean him and change his diaper until I get home as I have very little funds and I feel so embarrassed how dare she discriminate me and treat me like that I didn’t take NOTHING from the store!!! I called corporate and filled a complaint I spoke to the manager they are investigating I hope the lady gets disciplined at work and I get my wipes back! That lady didn’t see me take anything she has lost her mind. No ethical manners and professionalism as a security guard who is suppose to protect and serve but didn’t protect me and my children only discriminated us. 4150 Sheppard Store needs to hire a new security guard who is not racist!!!"

"I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this CVS and am glad it’s close to my place. Plenty of selection, kind service, quick self check out machines, and basically anything I need! It always seems very clean inside the store. The parking lot isn’t super tidy but it’s not too bad. I’m happy this is right down the street and will be returning frequently."
