"Zip in zip out 3509 Almeda Genoa the cashier Suman very rude and disrespectful I had purchased I guess the wrong product and ask to exchange it his exact works because I’m Black I’m stupid I asked how so sir and if you come from behind that window I’ll show you how black I am he said yea that’s all you Blacks know how to do is fight and not have a intellectual conversation I said how when you said because I’m black I’m stupid how intellectual is that?I left I pass up several stories to stop to this 1 since it was built 2015.Jan 17 2024 this occurred.i came back that evening to get the corporate information and was given the store phone number inside the store I asked again and the 2nd shift cashier asked me what was my concerned I told him and he said yes we have a lot of complaints against the morning cashier and I’ll let my boss know I said I’ll come back to speak to your boss myself because if Susmam doesn’t know how to speak to black or any other race he needs to be relocated elsewhere"

"Bathrooms were cleaning good selection of stuff no real long wait easy to get in and out from the street. Music playing in and outside was a bop! Only issue that isn't an issue is that I misread the gas sign thinking that gas was one price, but that was because it would be if you use cash and not credit. I'll be back if I'm back down this way."

"I have been coming here since you guys opened. I miss the guy that used to be here at night. I have referred many gig workers and restaurant staffs nearby about how great the service is. I used to talk about how I can come ar anytime, get gas, coffee, and a few other things with no issues. Tonight Im driving uber and I got here at 2:00, it is now 2:07, there is a sign on the door that says closed. If the owner euns the camera he can see that several customers left. That is money missed and it doesn’t set the store apart from others in this area. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks where I have left an area I was in just to come here. I past many stations coming from downtown because this is my favorite. I drive Uber again, like I said, so my stops are quick if Im on break. The last time I came, I was on E and she got an attitude about keeping the store open. Please fix this. Thank you."

"New Hispanic Female employee that works nights shifts doesn’t let blacks in the store she pretends to mop and clean!!! she’s racist and I’ll be speaking to the owner in the am i shop here everyday I parked in front of the store to actually observe and when I addressed it she was shocked someone noticed her disgusting behavior to the people who lives in the neighborhood She let Hispanics in with no problem I watched her but wouldn’t unlock door for young black girl who walked to store at 12:45 am unbelievable Racial Profiling at its finest"
