"If I can give negative stars, I will do that. I will never come here again. Although nobody waiting, the pharmacist still not gave me my meds, said need to wait. I felt heavy sick, waited about half an hour and left without meds. I came back to get meds again afternoon, and charged me $40 for one med without told me the details before charged. So bad experience!!!"
"Hole in my eardrum thanks to this pharmacy, do not go here. Had an ear infection and it took 5 visits here until they gave me the drops. First they “had to order it”. Second it “was used topically, not in the ear” (did not call to confirm with my doctor). Third visit “it will be in on Monday”. Fourth visit “this is not the correct prescription”. After checking with my doctor that it was indeed correct on the FIFTH visit, the pharmacist that day was competent to know that the drops I were prescribed had an off-label usage for ear infections. So thank you to that last pharmacist, but due to the incompetence of everyone else working there I now have a perforated eardrum."
"My husband called at 7:30 from this pharmacy to tell me they would not fill the prescription for nausea meds that my doctor had sent over because they “were closing in 30 minutes”. He had left me in the hotel as I had surgery this morning. I can’t hardly sit up on my own. As one could imagine, vomiting is terrible when you have a freshly removed organ complete with incisions and are supposed to avoid pelvic strain. My husband is now driving to a different location to get the meds (that are given as a whole box, no counting required by the way). Having the stress of his wife and mother of his child dealing with serious health issues and undergoing surgery hours from home wasn’t enough for your staff apparently. The lack of empathy is astounding."
"Terrible customer service. Repeatedly put callers on hold over the phone; had to wait 20+ minutes for my call to go through. They seem to have a recurring issue with losing prescriptions as well. 0/10 please do yourself a favor and go to the CVS down the street it's literally 3 minutes away and much better customer service."
"This has been my local pharmacy for the last two years and I am so thankful. I am disabled chronically ill so I rely on lots of prescriptions to live my life, where I have to go to this pharmacy 1-4 times a month. Once I didn't realize I was low on an as-needed medication until the last minute, and the day after I submitted my refill request online I desperately needed the medication. I called to see if it was possible to get that med filled earlier than the date it gave me online and they had it for me within the hour! I was lucky they had some stock, but it was all them in regards to the service aspect. I've also gotten two vaccinations here that have been perfect. Once I ordered a medication refill that was special order and decided to try out the free shipping to door option. Unfortunately, another of my medications got heat damaged before it arrived and I had to go to the pharmacy in person anyway to pick up a replacement for it. When I got there, they said, "Hey, wait!" and went around the corner where they had put the express shipping bag with my special order medication in it for that day's outgoing shipping. I got to take both my medications home with me that day because of their good service again instead of having to go over to the pharmacy and then having to wait longer for the one I had already ordered to ship! Those are the experiences that have stood out to me. I really appreciate and recommend a local pharmacy, including this one, as opposed to the mail-order one offered with my insurance plan."
