"I’m from out of state and here for MD Anderson. I was just trying to get a refill that my oncologist had sent in. Whatever guy I talked to over the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using this specific CVS if you want to be treated like a decent human being!"

"giving this place one star is one star too many. I’ve from Louisiana here in Houston bc my mom has stage four lung cancer that’s spread to her brain, spine and ribs. I am NOT here for pleasure, I’m here during one of the hardest times in my life and Mr Harry Chung made sure to make it harder. he refused to fill medications because I’m a Louisiana resident and my doctor is from Louisiana. I understand he has laws but this was hormonal medication I need as a woman having my own issues. I felt judged by the pharmacist and he made sure I waited 5 days before it can be fill. so when I went up to pick up my hormonal medical he told me yes it’s ready then he slammed the metal door in my face and told me to come back after lunch. For anyone who wants to be a doctor, don’t be — be a pharmacist bc they apparently make all the rules no matter how much my body needs it and my doctor begs it be filled."

"If I could, I would give this pharmacy 0 stars. They could not put my prescription together correctly two times. They gave me wrong order and when I went to rectify it, the pharmacist behaved very rudely to me. She was back answering rather than listening to what mistake she had made. The second time also they put together my order wrong (for the same items that I had gotten corrected the last time with so much difficulty) Both pharmacists are super rude. I changed my pharmacy now. So many other things to write about, but they are not worth the time. STAY AWAY FROM CVS, ESPECIALLY 2266 HOLCOMBE BLVD, 77054"
