I was looking for something that relieves itching due to eczema and she helped me beyond measures thank you so much for being so patient and polite! SHE NEEDS A RAISE! I literally got everything I needed . You have an amazing spirit !"

"A brown girl with short hair had the worst customer service through the drive through! I don’t expect much from people, but if you are having a bad day, just have the grace to be neutral with people, but NOt rude. Do better please."

"Horrible service. Unless you have an hour to waste, dont bother picking up. Sat for 10 minutes at window without being acknowledged. My insurance requires me to use CVS so I don't have much choice. Never had this issue when the Elgin location was open."

"This pharmacy should be shutdown. I had surgery and my doctor called in anti nausea and pain medication. They were supposed to be ready within the hour. I called three hours post surgery and my scripts were still not ready. I asked when they would be ready and they said that they were understaffed and too busy. They filled my scripts right before closing so I was unable to get them till the following day. I went 24 hours following surgery without any pain medication. I’m not sure who I need to report this pharmacy to but this is unacceptable and should illegal."
