"This review is for the middle eastern guy with glasses at pharmacy. I went to get a vaccine.. and this guy does NOT have a good hand. Nearly a week later and I have a lump under my skin where he injected the vaccine and a bruise. He also does not have a good bedside manner. Negative stars if I could. I would highly recommend getting vaccines at the minute clinic and not the pharmacy. Everybody at the minute clinic were professional, I never had any bruising or side effects from vaccines there."
"App didn’t work for prescriptions. Also drive thru is incredibly slow. Always wrapped around the busy parking lot. They refuse to use the second lane. Terrible customer service"
"The minute clinic is awful now. What is the purpose of the cna if they cant do anything! Been waiting 30 min for a simple shot! Do not come here what a waste of time and poor providers having to deal with basically no help! Disgusting way to operate"
"The black cash register lady had a nasty attitude. She was bothered since we wanted her to help us check out and insisted for us to go self check out. Horrible customer service and just lazy! Is it THAT hard for you to check someone out? It’s part of your job lady. LAZY. Y’all need new hardworking staff. Will NOT be returning."
"Every time I go to this pharmacy I feel like the staff thinks they’re doing me a favor and they all hate their jobs. They’re rude, short and don’t even pretend to care. I weirdly catch myself feeling like they’re the customer and that I need to make THEM happy and content. In addition, they always make me wait for 5 to 10 minutes to check and see if they have my prescribed medication in stock- which is understandable if the information is accurate. On a fairly regular basis they confirm that they DO have it in stock, only to send me a text 30-60 minutes later telling me that they’re OUT of stock. Then I get to spend 20 minutes on the phone trying to get a human to tell me what the issue is, or if the information is correct, because I was told by a human 60 minutes ago that they had it in stock. As usual, nobody cares what you were told earlier and the person you’re talking to is “on a new shift” and has no idea why I was told it was in stock. There’s no accountability, ever. You’re NOT a customer, nobody cares about YOUR time, YOUR frustration and where you spend your money. You’re just lucky that CVS is even attempting to fill your script. Expect to be treated as such- anything more and you should consider yourself lucky."
