"Very clean and organized store. Quick checkout."
"I was there 12.13.23. A tuesday. There were 2 supervisors yelling about another associate. It was disgusting to hear the way they spoke about a person who wasnt there to defend themselves. They had a horrible attitude. Im sure they make that employee feel terrible at work. The one employee was complainging about why people think the associate is good at organizing. She said things like "shes horrible, she is not good at anything, why do you keep saying shes good at organizing, and she takes too long." That low level supervisor seems abusive to employees."
"There’s this one manager her name Sonya or something, I was observing her overworking this girl!!! The manager lady was talking about how she wasn’t doing anything yet her hands where full rearranging the shelf"
"As I shopped in the store in the bath and beauty section there was an employees stocking the shelves completely ignoring customers. Not as much as a “hi” or an “excuse me”. That didn’t bother me considering that I didn’t need any help. But then I walked to the checkout. There was a manager and two associates with their backs turned and they were chatting. The manager saw me standing ready to check out but she turned and continued with the two associates. A young man came to the front to check me out. One of the associates asked if he belonged there. Then the manager said, “No, you’re in the back. Finish with your customer and then you can go back there.” This young man was the only associate in the store who greeted, acknowledged, and helped me by checking me out. By the manager’s tone and the way that she addressed him in front of me, she was extremely rude. He is the kind of employee that belongs in the front, coming from a customer with 22 years of management experience. The manager could learn a thing or two from the young man who helped me today."
