"Walked into this store and was told I had to leave my carry pack at the front to shop.....my comment..women enter the store with purses all of the time and are not stopped. I happen to be a guy who decided to make a quick purchase before catching the bus. My pack was strapped across my chest/vertical like that also went across my back... probably smaller than some of the carry purses that some women use. I decided not to leave my carry at the front and in- turn left....and I won't return"
"I had to go to this pharmacy in person because the staff kept hanging up on my sister who was trying to get her prescription transferred to another pharmacy. The black lady was so rude and was cursing at me. She refused to transfer the prescription, so I had to call the other pharmacy (Wal-Greens) and luckily the other pharmacist from Wal-Greens bent over backwards to help even though the black lady was rude to her as well. I told her I wasn't leaving until my sister's prescription was transferred because she had been calling for two days. I don't have a name because she refused to give me her name, and I believe she lied to my sister and said her name was Esparanza. Very unprofessional, and I would give zero stars if I could."
"The worst CVS pharmacy staff I've ever dealt with. Upper management needs to apply some major pressure and training to improve the customer service at this location. Patients are already dealing with being sick and various illnesses and the last thing we want to deal with is holding for over 30 minutes only to be hung up on several times and then a rude attitude. This was the most piss poor customer service I have ever received and this has been my primary pharmacy for 6 years. I will not be returning."
"ALLOWS OTHERS TO HEAR YOUR SENSITIVE INFROMATION. I went to pick up my sons prescription on 11/14/23 and when I got at home I realized the medications were not reconstituted but it was too late to go back that day. I tried calling in the morning of 11/15/23 to see if this was an issue I could fix at home or if I needed to go back to the pharmacy. Sadly all 4 of my phone calls after going through the automated message and waiting on hold I heard about 2 seconds or less of background noise (some conversation I could not understand) I was hung up on. When I physically went back to the pharmacy to speak to someone a employee was answering calls on SPEAKER PHONE asking for patients full name, date of birth, and prescriptions. THIS IS SENSITIVE INFORMATION THAT I AND ANYONE ELSE IN THE GENERAL VICINITY CAN HEAR. Highly unprofessional. I am sure they will be happy to hear I will NEVER return to this pharmacy."
"The rude black lady said her name was Esperanza. She was very disrespectful and rude. She didn't care to raise her voice in front of the other customers. All I wanted was for to check for my prescription vitamins because I've been waiting on it for a month. I'm pregnant and need my prescription. I also needed to find out what the problem was because they have been messing up my prescription orders lately. I never had so many problems getting my prescription orders until now."
