"“Open 24 Hours”?? Apparently that doesn’t mean the same to me as it does to them! I stopped by like I do many evenings at about 9:45. The door was locked, employees inside looked up at me standing at the door, shrugged their shoulders, talked to each other and then ignored me. All of this took place while the ‘open’ sign was lit. HORRIBLE customer service!"

"I usually don't write reviews, however when I read the reviews about Jacks, I wanted to add my two cents! The previous post about "Chrissy" was OFF Cue, as I stop in here multiple times a day due to working close to this store and CHRISTY is a very sweet and friendly lady working here. She is always bubbly and chats away with you while the transaction is in process. It is always a pleasure seeing Christy, so not sure why she got a bad review, perhaps that person wasn't using her best behavior either. Either way, this is a great store, and if you are in there before 7am (as I am each and every morning) tell Harley hello!! Another fantastic face I enjoy seeing each morning. He always has a smile and if I am feeling under the weather, he can make me smile before I leave the store!! Great group of people who keep this store going. My one complaint would be to have something more on steam table for breakfast, as I do not eat eggs. So my choice is limited drastically, but all in all, Great store with great people!!"

"I have visited this store many times and everyone is always friendly, its clean, nice bathroom, great variety of beverages and snacks... but this morning I came in and I went to check out . One had a sign that stated. "use the other register:.. but the cashier " Chrissy"decided to move the sign and said to come to the one that was originally closed . I move over and Chrissy rings up my items with this face from I hate my job episode..she tells me the amount owed. I go to pay and she says, " do you need a bag" once again with the ugly face. So I tell her, " yes I need a bag, if it doesn't bother you too much.".. she acted surprise and I told her she was the rudest damn person I have ever seen at that store... Once again looking surprised and the big dude with the beard next to her looked surprised I said anything. This Chrissy person needs to find another job where she is happy because no one wants to see that MISERABLE face in the morning. She didn't even have a name tag on ...and for all I know she could of given me the wrong name. This unhappy Chrissy person won't keep me away, but she needs to adjust her attitude and smile because CUSTOMER SERVICE is part of her job...If not possible Chrissy, then get another job!! #unhappyblondeisrudeatJack's"

"Just opened as of March 2018. Very clean and well run store. The cowboy theme is a nice added touch. Excellent restrooms! The staff are nice and friendly. You will like this oasis on the way out of town. They also serve a number of hot items at lunch. As you drive outbound on 290, exit 34th street. Go through the exit and past the Luby's. It is right next to the tire place."
