"Cheats customers! Go elsewhere! If not, watch them bag your purchase & what they overcharge you, VERY CLOSELY. There's plenty of better Dollar Stores that won't overcharge you or they'll correct their error. 99 Cent Only (8700 S Gessner Rd #100) & Dollar Tree (11817 Wilcrest Dr Ste B OR 8707 W Bellfort Blvd) are just down the street. They only charge customers what's labeled on each item & their products aren't usually expired, unlike Giant $1. Giant $1 made a mistake & left a purchased item out of my bag. I returned & only asked for that one missing item, for which I already PAID! I erroneously assumed it was a simple mistake & wasn't bothered by the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back for ONE item. Both employee's lack of intelligence & arrogance to understand what they did was THEIR ERROR, their greed blinding them, the nerve to accuse me of leaving an item behind when I couldn't have touched anything once their employees started the checkout process behind the full plexiglass wall & handed me the only bag she used. THEIR employee failed to bagged all the items she charged me for & today's male employee wouldn't stop trying to blame me for it. I now remember why I no longer shop here but this was beyond ridiculous! No one at Giant $1 will care about a complaint. They're all about the money & not customer service. The Better Business Bureau loves to receive reports of stores that cheat their customers & will be sharing it with the public."

"In my recent visit was the first I waked out and bought nothing. Not a whole lot that is $1.39. Everything is inflated in price. The exact same items they are selling for $2 or more you can get those for $1.25 at dollar tree. Check your expiration dates if you are buying food or drinks."
