"I want to congratulate Taria (Euletaria), the cashier at this CVS location. She is polite, helpful, and very professional. I received extraordinary customer service from her, and it's important to recognize her publicly so the store manager knows and can keep her as an exceptional employee. This will benefit the store as more clients are likely to choose to come here. Thank you for having such a genuinely good person on your team."
"They lost my debit card in the drive thru tube the day before I left for my wedding and honeymoon. The tech normally secures the card in a bag or on a clip board, but fail to do so. The store manager and regional manager were not helpful or apologetic. Jason Monroe, the regional manager was extremely rude and condescending about the whole incident. He kept promising he’d escalate the incident up to corporate, which he didn’t. The whole staff was unapologetic about the whole incident, which left me without direct access to funds for over 2 weeks. Also, my prescription was wrong, it took almost an hour to pick it up, and it was always hard to reach an actual person to speak to at this location."
"Really expensive. They just charged me $130 for my medicine. I looked on good Rx it says it should cost $12. Dang."
"If I could give this 0 stars I would. The “manager on duty” Laura I believe is her name, a white heavy set short lady, has harassed my children not once but twice and myself. She has no respect for customers. I literally had the worst experience and felt so unsafe for me and my kids as she yelled at my son and then yelled at me. She also stepped around the counter like If she was going to hurt me. The only helpful people that tried to make my experience genuine was the pharmacy staff a young gentleman and Sarah. I hope cvs fires Laura because she was out of line and it seems she hates children. She does not belong in customer service and sure as hell not a manager. Please CVS watch the video and see that she should be responsible for her treatment towards my kids and me. I’ll be waiting for an in person apology from her and cvs for the emotional trama that we have been put through."
"Pharmacist Sarah first told my my medication wasn’t going to be in stock until Monday afternoon. When I left, I was called by Sarah the pharmacist who then explained to me that she was “not comfortable filling my prescription” . Her reasoning was because this pharmacy was far from my house.. I work like a couple miles from this CVS and so it was convenient for me to come here. I had to get in contact with my Dr to get it transferred. Unbelievable. Some people don’t care about helping others. They do what’s a convenient."
