"Most incompetent people working at this pharmacy. Do not trust these people with your medications. I really should blame myself because there have been several times I've had an issue with them and i keep coming back. From closing early, or giving the WRONG medication, to over billing me!! Seriously today is the last day. It's just the closest pharmacy near me but I'm over it now."
"they keep calling me everyday for some random person’s prescription that is not mine. I tried calling twice, to let them know that whoever’s medicine is ready it does not belong to me, and was put on hold for 20+ minutes each time and eventually gave up. I hope if that is your prescription that you get your meds and switch cvs or go to costco honestly because the people who work at this store obviously do not care about their jobs. if you can’t answer the phone, don’t have a job that makes you interact with people. I bet there are some janitorial jobs out there for you!"
"Went to the pharmacy to drop off a coupon, the clerk said I needed the prescription. I informed him that another pharmacy had the prescription. He said I had to get the prescription. I left and call the other pharmacy. They informed me that CVS has to call to get the prescription from them. So I go back to CVS and buy this time, I’m irritated because the CVS clerk fully knew that he was supposed to call the other pharmacist. When questioned about his handling of my situation he became rude because I pointed my finger at him and all I was doing was identifying him as the person (because I was speaking w/ another clerk) who would not take my request. I told him not to worry I would just go to another store. He told me to do that then, because I shouldn’t have pointed my finger at him and I was wrong and I told him he was wrong for not helping me. I think this was a deflection because he did not do his job."
"I would give this place a -0 is possible. Absolutely horrible. Please don't go here whether you have insurance or not. We scheduled and appointment for a vaccine and it got cancelled without no reason. While we were there waiting I scheduled another one. They made us wait over an hour even when they knew that the appointment got cancelled without cause. When the pharmacist went to apply the vaccine there was no information of side effects explained or receipt of what was being applied. We then waited to get our vaccination card and absolutely no one knew what they were doing. To the pharmacist that is what looks like the head please don't ignore people when they are asking a simple question. You are there because of the customer but if y'all treat them like trash no one will want to come."
