"I was the only Hispanic person in line and I was behind 5 white people who were all greeted well and told to have a good day, the cashier did not speak to me at all when I said hello, didn’t ask about the phone number for rewards, and didn’t say anything as I took my receipt…shame on Walgreens for employing people like this in their stores"

"Andrew was so unhelpful it was ridiculous. Every question I had, he'd answer "I don't know". Every. Single. One. Please train your employees to know the answers to questions about your store. Thank you, Robert, for your actual help."

"When my insurance changed, my preferred pharmacy was CVS, which I loved, but had to switch. I went to Walgreens with the assumption I would be disappointed, but I was wrong. The techs are very knowledgeable and pleasant. The pharmacist Mike is very busy, but will still make you a priority in a way that's genuine. I also love the Walgreens app. As soon as I leave my doctor's office, I get a notification saying Walgreens is working on my order. I have become a regular customer and have always had a positive experience."

"I’m so devastated with this pharmacy. I went to the er because I broke my back at work. I cannot walk! I have no use of my own extremities and went to the pharmacy to pick up rx that were sent over. The tech is saying she doesn’t have them she has one out of six. 6 medications!!! The er has sent them over twice and they have my pain meds. The tech won’t call. The pharmacist won’t call and I’ve got a bill with the er now for no reason bc they refuse to resend it. I don’t know what to do or who to call but this is upsetting. The ER said patients do not call pharmacy does"
