"I don't know why this location just has 3* on review. I came here this morning (Jan 9, 2023) to pick up my order and was impressed. The cashiers were so nice. 1 male and 1 female were so polite and I love the way they wrapped my package carefully. What a pity I don't know their name. I would rate here 5* plus more and more!!"
"If I wasn't in extreme pain and in need of my antibiotics and pain medication for the wisdom tooth I just had extracted, I'd wait and go get my prescription filled else where. The whole entire store has horrible customer service, zero professionalism, and no respect to the customers who enter. I used to spend the extra money to come to cvs when it actually gave a damn about its customers. Cut your losses and go anywhere but this location."
"I came tonight in a good positive attitude just to return a package to Amazon. thinking it would be a quick process, I was wrong. The shift lead manager GINA at the location informs me the machine they have doesn’t not accept bar code on the phones to return. I went on Amazon and they mentioned this location was one that accepts it. She informs me the return label needs to be in paper form. I did exactly what she ask me to do. I return back and then I’m told the machine they have doesn’t accept it and the cashier informs me the box needs to be taped along with the paper. On Amazon they mentioned none of this accept to arrive with the box and they do the rest. I inform the cashier would you like me to pull it up and show you? She says no, but the cashier working with Gina thought the situation was funny by smirking. I didn’t find the situation funny at all, in fact I mentioned it was an inconvenience to the customer. I inform GINA she didn’t mention the label and had to only show only the tracking return without the bar code, I inform GINA had she spoke up more clearly in her mask I would’ve known. GINA mentions they have this happen all the time I follow HINA back up to the register because I mentioned I want to inform HR about this. While GINA is giving me the # to HR to report this the cashier decides to stand by GINA, she’s standing there smiling trying not to laugh. Once again, I mentioned I’m glad you think this is funny. I ask how old are you by the way? She informs me it’s none of my business, I said typical, you’re a child. I said to her, don’t you have something to go stock instead of being up here? And the cashier mentioned by saying “ thank you for that because she was recording it on her phone. I informed the cashier to please record it because it’s not ok, this is not good customer service. The shift lead GINA informs me to not speak to her cashier like that when she thinks this whole mess is funny. GINA informs me she’s apart of the company and instead doesn’t ask her to go, but continue to stand there. As GINA is writing the number to HR down for me the cashier continues to stare at me smiling trying not to laugh. All I did was stare back at her because I felt like I was being bated to react, and it didn’t work. Instead I get told by the cashier, GINA informed me properly, but I mentioned she didn’t. An elderly lady behind me earlier had witness this and the cashier still continued to smirk and smile about it. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior in my life. Ive worked in retail a long time as a cashier and a shift lead manager. I never treated my customers like this. If any of the cashiers working on my shift acted the way this cashier and manager did tonight, I would’ve ask politely to please step away and not make the situation any worse. If you have any packages from Amazon needing to be return please save yourself the trouble and avoid this store. I’ll own up to what I did, it was wrong for me to say that to the cashier, because she is young. As an adult I should’ve just waited for the number and walked out. Im sure they still would’ve laughed about it, but again that’s not good customer service treat people the way you want to be treated."
"I went there to pick up my presentations and the technician with the hijab was very kind and fast you can see she is doing her best she also notified me about the extra care card that I could get five dollars when I put in my phone number, and the next time I went to get my medicine, I used the $5 discount. The pharmacy manager is also very kind and made sure that I had no questions about my medications."
"WELL ORGANIZED AND EFFICIENT!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Of course...I have been to numerous CVS stores and this one was probably the most clean and organized I have seen. There is good above aisle signage so you can get to the desired areas quickly and select your items for purchase. The staff here seemed very friendly and eager to help. One customer ahead of me in line was having difficulty with a purchase because of a language barrier. Kelli, the customer service representative, was patient and helpful. Within a minute the issue was resolved, the transaction was completed, and the customer was on his way. Service with smile. Very rare."
