"I think it's called rough treatment from the manager, Noah. I went to get vaccinated and she told me that she couldn't because she couldn't enter personal data into the computer and that she couldn't solve the problem, so I should go 3 hours later to see. It seems that she doesn't like her job, very bad experience of her in this place."
"Huge line today, the cashier called for help twice. She must deal with this often. The manager on duty and the beautician were just lallygagging around whilst the cashier had a line of 7+ people. The manager and the beautician had a deplorable sense of urgency that I’m sure higher management would not encourage. Must be addressed if the issues are coming from a a manager. She will end up abusing the position and driving away good employees"
"This pharmacy is the absolute worst. I’ve complained about the pharmacy to a few store managers and they’ve told me I have to speak to the regional manager when it comes to complaining about the pharmacy, and I’ve left my cell phone number on two occasions amd have never been called. I’ve requested the regional managers number or email and was told it could not be shared. Here’s the thing, some of the workers do not understand how serious and important their job is. Medicine helps heal/treat people’s bodies and minds, so I would think there would be better organization, communication amd compassion. Instead, this pharmacy is completely unorganized, clueless, and most employees are completely rude, especially Jeny, she is a nightmare to deal with. I plan around picking up my monthly medication because if it’s out of stock at this Walgreens, it’s not as if they can just transfer the prescription to another Walgreens—my doctor has to be the one to transfer it himself. So, once he sends the prescription, I call this Walgreens before 5PM and ask if it’s in stock/ready. If it’s not in stock, knowing before 5PM allows me to call my doctor and ask him to send the prescription to another Walgreens. Today is the third time that an employees laziness/carelessness adds more work and stress to my life in my pursuit of obtaining the medication I take every day of my life. I called today before 5PM and was told my medicine was in stock. 3 hours later (6:30PM) I get a text saying it’s not in stock. I just emailed my doctor who doesn’t work Fridays to inform him. So, that means he will send my prescription to another location on Monday and I’ll go 4 days without my medication. This is extremely stressful, unprofessional and reckless on their end. I’ll be changing pharmacies and I recommend whoever is reading this does the same to avoid a lot of headaches."
"Rude staff! They seem to hate their job. The pharmacy manager doesn't care when I report one of her employee being rude on the phone. Her reply simply "I don't know who answer the phone so I can't do anything". I am going to transfer all my prescriptions elsewhere. Don't waste your time here, they rarely have your medications ready on time and rarely have them readily available. They always have to order from somewhere else to their store first."
"Walgreens is my pharmacy. They have taken great care with my prescriptions for many years now with no issues. The pharmacists and assistants are knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I often find gifts for the grandchildren and many and more surprises down every aisle. If you need it they most likely have it."
