"I have been going in this store daily for over a month it is such and inconvenience for this store to be open they never have anything you are looking for have had only cokes Diet Coke sprite and big red drinks and you are told the truck didn’t come you go in this store around 8:42 pm to be told that lottery machine is off by Aiden and he was told by manager not to place password to open it up then they have signage about pizza people are unable to get they don’t have them They have all types of people hanging out in front eating out the trash can employees not having a care about anything you try to speak to them on are to let the manager know. Then when I spoke with the DM he tells me the manager is new and wasn’t trained proper which I knew then he thought he was speaking with a fool I remember when the guy first started and Ms Denise trained him well It’s always excuse so if you are looking for overprice hood location go here to 12912 South Post Oak Rd When you call sister stores no one knows who you need to speak with about all these concerns This store needs new management are shut down"

"I am a current employee and I Uber at night. I go into nearby locations for our clean restrooms and my big gulp. This location shows it’s open 24/7 WHICH ALL stores ARE and this employee has both doors closed and uses a hand gesture at his neck that the location is closed. If your GM can’t have reliable and trustworthy staff that have the doors open during business hours maybe staffing needs to be reevaluated. I HOPE the DM sees this too! Consider creating a position for “secret shoppers” to complete visits a non business hours - these folks doing anything which SHOULD be unacceptable!"
