"You need to retrain your staff and make them take a class over customer service or stop hiring people with bad attitudes and hire new employees with better work ethic. I visited this location right after a long 12 hour shift at work, Chellsi was my cashier and seemed to be the only one there since she was freely walking around having a personal conversation on her phone. I noticed this when she was checking me out because she sat the phone by the register and made a comment to it and when I said "I'm sorry?" as I didn't understand what she was saying she said "nothing". She seemed irritated at the fact that she had to check me out (which is what she is paid to do) and made me feel like it was a privilege to have her take care of me. As we were finishing up my transaction she literally threw my receipt into the bag and shoved everything towards me, grabbed her phone and walked away continuing her conversation. Shocked is an understatement, As a paying customer, I shouldn't have been treated like this and by Chellsi's actions she doesn't seem to need her job bad enough if she's treating your customers like this."

"Went in for makeup today and when i got one of the cashiers attention to let her know i need help she told the other cashier. I waited and browsed until the cashier checked out a customer. After finishing she was messing with someone receipts for quite a long time so I thought maybe she had forgotten and said excuse me can you help me with something. She looked at me and responded that she'd be with me in a moment. NO SMILE... NO NOTHING like I was bothering her. I waited 2 more minutes and then walked out the store. As far as I'm concerned any one of the LAZY cashiers could have come to assist since by this time neither had a customer. Pathetic....."

"Decent store, although sometimes the staff is extremely rude. The older Pakistani gentleman is generally nice at the front, but he can be a real pain if you want anything that doesn't fit his preconceived notions of what his job limitations are supposed to be. The managers are ok, except for one african american lady, she is quite rude and shares the insolent, indolent, attitudes of the aforementioned Pakistani front counter clerk."
