"Horrible! Slow and give inaccurate information. Blamed my insurance on their incompetence. Took over a month to get my medicine and was told “there was a glitch in our system”. This store needs to be retrained!!"

"Terrible service and customer experience. Arrogant attitude for both the pharmacist and the lady at tonight shift. Not even respond the greeting, took forever to identify the medication, not bothered the time they take to give me the closed box of the patches. Nobody in line waiting or crowded and they on top of all the already time the are taking asking to wait 15 mins more. At least Charles made the difference and treated me with some respect and kindness"

"I used them for 6 months no problems. Now all of a sudden they can't fill my prescription due a system error. At first they were trying to work it out... now they just hung up on me. Not sure who's running the show but they seem they are unable to handle the work load and serve the people they have coming in. They're conveniently located for me, but I have to change to get my prescription filled."

"The pharmacist at this location is unapologetically rude. I guess they didn't teach her how to treat customers in pharmacy school. Her personal life must be hell with an attitude like that towards customers. Too busy to be bothered to service her customer's needs. Hope someone from Walgreens corporate reads this and all the other bad reviews regarding this person. Time to get a new pharmacist!"
