"I cannot believe how horrible this store is kept..... ( O_O ) They should be paying people to shop here"
"Went in there 6 weeks ago and it was filthy! Empty shelves, merchandise thrown onto shelves and counters, boxes all over the dirty floors! Talked to the manager about the condition and he said give me a month and it will be great! Well, I was in there 9/2 and believe me, it was worse. Manager said it was because home office sent him 1,000 boxes every Friday. Boxes are one thing and total sloppy shelves and dirty floors and having to walk around things blocking isles is another thing. He also told me that his store was the top store in Houston. If that is true HOW CAN YOU CONTINUE TO BE IN BUSINESS. Many people in the neighborhood think it’s a disgrace and will not go there. Very sad that the Company doesn’t seem to care about conditions and condones this."
"Went here expecting it to be a nice location but there were empty shelves and it was messy. While the customer before me was checking out the computer froze and the manager just told him to call his bank to issue a refund. Poor guy didn't have enough in his account to run his card again for that same amount. I felt like the mnger could have handled it better."
