"Came in at 1:30 to pick up a prescription. The posted business hours say nothing about them being closed for lunch. A tech there said they're closed until 2 for lunch. Terrible."

"I called to check if my prescription was ready, told the person on the phone I was on my way, then when I get to the window, they close it on me and the recording says they’re closed for lunch. Im now going to have to wait for 25 mins for them to open. There were no further cars behind me and considering I called ahead of time I would’ve expected customer service to be better. Will be changing pharmacies after this."

"Not impressed with the customer service here. First time trying to use the CVS app, I struggled with the coupon on the app at the self-checkout, so I asked one of the employees to help me, but apparently, that person needed the manager to override the order. Instead of helping me and explaining to me how the coupon worked on the app, a girl name Brooke came, but she ignored her coworker, who tried to explain the issue, canceled my order, and told me she would check me out of the front. I looked at her emotions, and I could tell she was unhappy, so I wouldn't bother to ask. Please don't show an attitude toward customers when your job is supposed to support them."

"The pharmacist here is so nice and accommodating. They always seem to go above and beyond for my needs. I needed a refill a couple days before the date for my sleep aid. No shame, lectures just said sure is there anything else you need. This is my spot for sure"
