"Where do I begin ...this Walgreens ALWAYS fail at something. The last time and I meant the last time I ordered photo prints from here I got home and it was pictures of a totally different family and they claim to have lost my prints and it was nothing they could do.Secondly different day I ordered an only order of vitamins and detergent..I get home and it was no vitamins in the bag but I was charged took me weeks to actually deal with them for a refund.Lastly the black bright skin girl in the pharmacy drive thru was extremely rude,I came for prescriptions and they informed me I only had one. Then I called and advised them that I had others prescriptions my doctor sent since last week and they told me come right back so I get there and the rude Pharmacy Tech was like we just got the order you can either come in and wait or drive back around I mean she was extremely rude if I wanted to come in I would have did that in the first place..and the prescriptions should have been filled since last week they didn't just get the order. Why be rude just apologize for the mistake and fill the prescription.she made me drive around again ..I've now been here at Walgreens for more than a hour back on another long line..I dread coming here but this is the location closest to my home."
"9/14/23 Update: I was just informed that Tomball Walgreens had their license pulled by the state! They cannot order controlled drugs, because of it. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for almost 4 weeks. I was told it's on back order for 3 1/2 weeks. Then my husband had a procedure done. 2 prescriptions were called in. They pharmacy called my husband and told them they were out and would have it the next day. We have never received a call. I called on the 3rd day only to find out that these are over the counter. Unfortunately, we were never told that and my husband had complications due to not having the prescriptions. And then they told my my medication is no longer manufactured. (But the pharmacy that I moved to has it in stock.) They are fortunate that we or someone else hasn't sued them yet!! I've moved all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy after being a customer for 40 years. The store has a lunch schedule of 1:30 to 2pm. That's understandable. What is NOT understandable, is having a customer pull up at 1:17 and sit in the line behind one car for 17 minutes, only to have them close the window and pull down the shade. This is NOT good customer service. I called the store manager and was told "IT'S THE LAW" the close at 1:30. Honey, it's not the law and I am insulted by the comment. When I told her that I felt that it was rude to close the window, after sitting in line, on my lunch hour, for 17 minutes, only to have them close the window in my face, she said it wasn't rude, it was the law. I was trapped in the very long line that accumulated behind me. I wasted 1/3 of my lunch hour sitting in that line. Then the manager tells me that they pharmacy staff has to log out of the computers at 1:30, because it's the law. Well, the pharmacy staff has broken the law because the lady in front of me didn't give her credit card until 1:32. Call the cops!! And if they would have taken the 2 minutes it would have taken to wait on me, they would have learned that my prescription was free! No need for the register! Now my husband has to go out of his way to go by after work to pick up my prescription. I've used this pharmacy for over 30 years and will be moving ALL of my families prescriptions from this store. The store manager and the pharmacy staff have no idea what customer service is or how to administer it. I have placed a call to corporate and am waiting a return call. Your system is seriously flawed and needs to be fixed!!"
"Walgreens is a great place to pick up medications, the odd household item, other personal needs, and even snacks. There staff is always helpful (they actually seem to be happy)."
"This place irks me. For months they kept on pushing me to sign up for the home delivery with FedEx option. Since they seem to be a revolving door of employees (I’ve never seen the same tech there twice) and constantly short staffed, I decided to finally try it out and ordered two of my medications to be delivered. I read how long it can take, and I was fine with that. I wait. And wait. And wait. My scripts just kept sitting at ‘Order Submitted’. Then after two business weeks, the end of the fulfillment time frame for delivery orders, Walgreens cancelled the order without ever notifying me. The even more annoying part? Even though they cancelled the order, they deducted from my remaining refills. Why tell people to have their prescriptions delivered if it's not actually going to get done? And why deduct when the order was never fulfilled? What’s more? I had to cancel a different prescription last month since my prescriber refilled it too soon. When I’ve done this in the past, it will show up as a remaining refill instead for whenever you need it. But after I cancelled so that I could order it when I actually needed it, they deducted it from my remaining refills, leaving me with zero refills. Either they’ve had some strange policy change with cancelled orders, their system has a very bad glitch that’s deducting refills when it shouldn’t be, or someone is stealing prescriptions. Whatever the case, I am done with Walgreens. Not just this location, but in general."
"Came out this way for work today and this was my first stop of the day. The store was clean and SPOTLESS bathrooms. Even though I didn’t buy anything I was greeted warmly and given a “have a great day”. What an enjoyable way to start my day!"
