"I applied for a job online with this Yogurtland on W. 7th street. As a part of the application process, I included my availability. 2 days after submitting my application, I'd missed a phone call from the manager Autumn. She'd left a message and advised she'd wanted to ask a question in regards to my application. I called her back on the phone number she'd provided. I was APPALLED at how RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL Autumn was. Answering the phone, she screamed HELLO! I was a bit confused and asked if whether or not I was speaking to someone from Yogurtland. I greeted the manager with my name and reason for the call. Autumns response, even after being advised that I was an Applicant, was absolutely unacceptable! I reminded HER of the message she'd left for me. Her response- "WHAT HOURS CAN YOU WORK!" I advised Autumn that I have a disabled son and my only availability is from 9 am to 2:30, for I am his sole care taker outside of school hours. THE MANAGER, AUTUMN, said NOTHING AND HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE! A MANAGER! I texted the manager the following after my encounter: (screen shots)"
