"Parked in their lot and went to grab lunch. They did not have any visible signs indicating this lot was private. Came out from lunch and saw about 8 cars including mine with a warning sticker that the car would be towed. Sticker did not come off easy at all and caused damage to my window in the process of removing it. Took pictures of my vehicle and the lack of signage in this lot. Predatory business practices would be in line with the rest of the one star reviews here."
"They were the only place open at 3:00 a.m. in the morning. The gentleman running registering very agitated and needed. He was great at giving directions to get me back where I need to be."
"I’m a regular customer and shop here about 4 times a week as it’s convenient to my home. I LOVE using the app for my reward points and the amazing deals you have. The employee Chris is always nice and helpful with making me hot foods overnight at my request. Over the past few months I have come into this location about 6 times and each one of those times BILL (Caucasian older male; grey hair) the employee always says “oh I can’t make the wings I’m cleaning the oven” I would understand once in awhile but EVERYTIME when he’s working it’s down or getting cleaned??? when I walked in nothing was getting cleaned he was talking to a customer whom comes in every night and gets free coffee and talk to bill for HOURS. That’s bizarre to me as I’m a paying customer wanting to purchase wings. Why promote and put flyers promoting the boneless wings if you are not serving them??? Not to mention bill gives out free drinks and merchandise to homeless people who he allows to stand infront of the business begging for money and change from customers walking in and out. It’s always an issue with bill as I feel he turns away a lot of money from paying customer due to his laziness. This needs to be addressed by management as you can review the camera footage from 11/20/2023 around 4:15-4:30am !!!!"
"This is usually a good store. There is lady that works evenings that is very rude. The other day I bought a pepperoni pizza. My girlfriend asked for pepperoni then the woman who I'm guessing is owner's wife there told him to make a pepperoni pizza. My girlfriend was given a pizza and we walked to the museum to have lunch but when I sat down it was the wrong pizza. I took it the few blocks back to return it and was treated very badly. They then gave me single pizza slices that were expired from the place where they keep the food warm. We ate the old pizza happily in love at the museum, it was pepperoni... Why go into a business that you can not handle, that's like drinking poison. How much education is needed to be good at customer service? Yours truly and forever a 7/11 supporter Angel Soria... Thank you ❤️!"
"Previously gave a 1 star and said I wouldn't the shop here because of the way a homeless gentleman was being treated. I made the mistake of going back after a few months because I needed to use the ATM and make a money order. I was confronted by the store owner while he was working the register and he berated me for being there and told me, "I thought you said you weren't going to come anymore, be a man of your word". Whenever I try to reply to anything he said he simply talked over me. And then he threatened to give me a trespass warning and we got into terrible shouting match. I previously gave the store one star because the way his wife was treating a homeless man who only had a dollar for a Big Gulp in triple digit weather The drink is $1.40 and only .89 cents with the phone number but she would not help him. I offered to pay for his drink but she would not have it and was speaking to him in a condescending tone. Before all this happened I never had an issue here. The employees are really nice and I never had an issue with owners. I work at the TCU 7-11 and we do not act this way at our store. I support 7-11 100% but these franchise owners have an extremely poor attitude and can be very rude/ nice when they want to be. I'm contacting corporate and the area manager because this is extremely discerning. The store owner is a loose cannon with anger problems."
