"The ATM machine malfunctioned and took 200.00 off my card and I never got the money- when I complained to the gentleman working I was told that there was nothing they could do. I was kind of laughed at when I was told I could call the number on the ATM to try and get my money back. I think the owner of the store or manager should have provided me the refund as it was their store with the malfunctioning ATM. Its not like it was 20 bucks, it was 200.00 and I was never once offered an apology. At least apologize for goodness sake."
