"I want to give special thanks and praise to a man named John that works very hard at this store. He has done so much to clean up the store to clean up the environment to help people around in the area when people get out of jail at night, he doesn’t make them sit outside in the cold he let people use the phone to get a ride home and would give them hot cocoa maybe a sandwich or something small like that. He really reminds me that we have some small form of humility in this world still. Y’all definitely need to give him a raise. He really treats the store like it’s his own."
"This place needs to be shut down. There is an endless list of issues with this location that will never be resolved… screen to put in your rewards number is so dirty you might need a tetanus shot. Would take 2 seconds to wipe down….. also the homeless and people right out of jail congregate here."
"The African American associate working this evening clearly is paid hourly. I’ve never seen a “shift change” executed so slowly / leave such a large number of would be customers stranded out in the heat. I tried my best to give her the benefit of the doubt but sorry, 1 star without a doubt. No 24 establishment should be closed for over 30 minutes, that defeats the entire purpose."
"I went to this store early this afternoon to purchase cigarettes and a lighter, and the black woman cashier was nice at first, then I come back a short time later and asked the same woman if the restroom was open, and she told me it was closed. Then I said it's not fair you let the black guy use it earlier when I was in here, and she yelled and said I can keep my comments to myself, and she came outside acted like she wanted to physically fight me. She was very rude, etc!!! I WILL NEVER EVER come to this store again. She racially profiled me!!"
