"Went to buy food for lunch, lady from kitchen had a real bad custumer services.. Also buy an enchilada plate extremely Spicy to the point that I couldn't even eating them. Also find some pieces of bone inside. Please guys we all work and get pay for it. Feel free to find something that can cause more happness for yourself. Thank you."

"Terrible customer service. The "manager" well claimed to be got upset and yelled at me when I tried to explain that the app doesnt allow you to select coupons and the scan is what gives you the coupon. She then made it perfectly known to the whole store she dissagreed and was extremely unprofessional. The store was a mess and just being run into the ground. Dont go here."

"So I came by to get some tacos because I was super hungry and it's sometimes my spot to pick up tacos when I drop my wife off at work. I go in all happy the lady tells me she has no tacos ready because on Saturday s they open at 6 am, I told her there's a sign on the door that says you open at 5 am after I told her that she just ignored me, and said come back later I don't have any tortillas ready. This has happened before with this same women to where she is rude like this, the only reason I'm posting something now is because the way I was treated which was extremely unprofessional."

"Today Saturday March 17, 2018 @ 8:00 a.m. I went to buy a coffe at the stripes 3920 N 23rd St, McAllen, # 9644 en Mcallen TX 78501 and the clerk told me that I couldnt get creams for my coffe, that I needed to prepare inside the store or otherwise she will have to charge me $.10 cents per each cream that I want to take. STRIPES I would like to know if this true because this never happened to me before at any stripes. And I think stripes has to give better custumer training to they personal because this lady was rude."

"Went to use the restroom and went back to my truck sat there less then 5 mins to use my phone the clerk went out there saying he's going to call the cops didn't do nothing wrong or was not causing any problem some old man (clerk) I don't use my phone on the road I'm a safe driver it made me mad I go to that store a lot buy gas etc. thats the first and I understand when a clerk is doing there job if people are loitering by causing problems so upset bout that"
