"Very bad store and management in McAllen Tx . The clothing that I purchased got stained when removing the sensors. I didn’t see it until I got home I went back to return it the manager said that i could not be exchanged because it was stained. I told them that’s why I was exchanging it. She said no. So I am never going to that store particularly in McAllen. Tx"

"Netanya Garcia has a great service attitude, she definitely makes a difference!! I was looking for a top and I asked another person for help and she answered “search for it over there” WHILE Netanya went personally to find the only other top in the store. Long story short, I ended buying 3x what I had planned. Thank you Netanya, you make a difference!!"

"Terrible, I came from out of town to visit family and went shopping because I love H&M. However, when I purchased my two items it didn’t occur to me that after I got back home that one of my items was missing and it occurred to me that one of the associates did not bag the item I paid for. Spoke to two people from customer service who could not help me whatsoever also the manager of the store was no help whatsoever. So unprofessional, all the offered me was a gift card, a gift card?! I asked for a refund and they said I have to go to the store to do it and it’s very inconvenient for me when I live 5 hours away! I am extremely disappointed and will never shop at that location. I feel cheated and played. So unprofessional."
