"I have used this company for two years for my taxes. Last year, they were extremely responsive and helpful. This year, I have sent multiple emails with zero response to any of my time-sensitive inquiries. My taxes were also “misplaced” for weeks. I literally had to send five emails about the status of my taxes and a correspondence sent to me by the IRS before I finally got a response after two weeks. I absolutely will not be using them again."

"I was dealing with mary long time ago but this time was Sherin very rude person, it is the worst experience after 2 months told me when I ask her what is my status and how soon I will get my tax return will be done, she emailed me back she can not do my tax because a lot of conflict on my tax when I say not you have to do it, she calls me with the very bad attitude I will mail you back your doc, I told her what you did is very wrong she replayed with the high voice I will mail you back your documents, I never have bad experiences like that very bad, not even one star.!!!!!????"
