"I DO NOT Recommend this place I recently filed my taxes with Juan and was extremely disappointed with their level of unprofessionalism. Not only did they make numerous errors on my tax return, but they were also unresponsive to my requests for clarification and assistance. He charged me double on my card and smiled at my face, said “ you had your chance” . Overall, my experience with Torres and associates was highly unprofessional and I would not recommend their services to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable and competent tax service, I suggest looking elsewhere."
