"I was 5 year's strong going to this place up until last year. I filed my taxes with the owner. There was a correction needed on my return. I called for help and left several voicemails. Once I got connected to the receptionist (after several attempts) she was rude and also informed me I couldn't book a correction appointment till several months later because the owner was still filing tax returns. In order words, they only care about making the most money by doing tax returns only during tax season! I had also sent the owner an email since that is what the receptionist advised to do. I NEVER got a reply to my email or call back. Unfortunately, I was not the only one with issues. My sister also had issues with her return and after several attempts of calling and no call backs she gave up. YOU CAN CONSIDER THIS REVIEW AS A WARNING!"
"Overpriced. I have a simple file and was clearly overcharged. Getting answers and guidance is like pulling teeth. You go to a professional for guidance about how to maximize your return but they don't give answers freely. They just want to get you out and take your money. I am going back to self filing."
