"Do not buy parts from this location."
"Minus 10 stars. Overpriced and understaffed place. For a basic repair of say $500 they'll ask for $4000 along with diagnostics and all the other BS. Filed a complaint against them with the BBB to no avail. Avoid!"
"If you're rebuilding the truck engine this is the right place .they give 1 yr warranty"
"Good tuneup 60 series, decent price"
"Went there a few days ago cause we had an oil cooler leak. We told them what the issue was and needed it to be fixed. The truck was taken in the shop around 8:15 am and we were waiting patiently. Around 12 pm the driver went to ask what was going on. The reply was they had to assess and sprayed a white powdery substance on the engine to see where was leaking. Ok we know what the problem was. So its $125 hr to assess the situation but it took 2 hrs so they changed 250 for two hours of assessment they poured in 5 gallons of oil charged around $69 and all the oiled leaked out because as we stated before its leaking oil. So we asked whats the problem it was stated that the oil cooler was leaking as we told them previously, the diamond seal at the back of the engine and the head gasket was leaking oil. So a brochure was handed to us to do a level 2 overall on the engine which cost about $12000. So i stated that we are not going to do a level 2 overall how much would it cost just to fix the oil cooler leak. This is how i summerized the answer its going to cost about 2200 but the issue is when turbo is removed to get to the oil cooler the clams are going to break and that it would cost more to replace them and its just an estimate because when they start working they may find other things wrong. So it was mentioned that the truck was inoperable. So i stated if we decided to fix this problem when could it be done in two days and thats not a must. Meanwhile i was caring aload of frozen produce that needed to be delivered the next day. So i paid them there money and went to walmart and bought oil because the oil that they put in leaked out from 8:15am to around 1pm. We made it to our destination and delivered and got it fix for way less and the clams didnt break. Buy your parts from a dealer and let a certified diesel mechanic install it."
