"Who doesn't like to spend 2 hours getting prescriptions straightened out, them told its all done email and phone. Go to pick it up and they DONT carry it , and you'll have to restart the whole process again at another store that's 20 minutes away"

"I went to pick up my daughters insulin and had to wait 10 minutes call the store for somebody to greet me in pharmacy and then when the pharmacy tech named Kristen come to greet me, she could not fit the insulin in the outbox in the drive-through. then I asked Kristen if she could separate it into and she said in very disgusted words no, I can’t separate medicine, walked away through the phone on the floor and then come back rip the bag open Put the insulin in a gray Walgreens bag and the other half of the insulin. She put back together with staples and put it back in the outbox and said thank you have a good night I said, thank you for giving me my daughters insulin, which she very well needs to survive because she’s diabetic and needs insulin and was the most horrible experience that you could ever have with a sick family member needing drugs from this Walgreens, this Walgreens."

"Multiple issues with pricing on the shelf not honored. One exact product on the tag listed, manager refused to honor. (In the Mentos photo he stated only the pink were on sale.) Walgreens tried to overcharge by $130, glad I watch the register."

"I would give this place ZERO stars for service when you call. I called to ask about a picture order because I got an email saying I had pictures to be picked up. I called to simply ask about it since I had previously picked up pictures already. Shelia had answered the phone and she said “we are too busy to look for pictures, try again next week”. Very rude."

"Walgreen’s coupon clip is an absolute rip off. They advertise a lower price with the coupon and after going on app and adding the coupon it doesn’t work. The cashiers have no idea how to fix it, or adjust the price or even ask the manager for help. I understand this store has limited help, but this place needs some type of management. What a joke."
