Christian answers the phone and walked me through the whole process Ive never felt so comfortable talking to a stranger. "I’m giving 4 stars because I love shopping here. However, this last visit was just not the friendly atmosphere I have grown accustomed to. I’ve been working with Jay(Jacob) during my previous visits. I’ve been a few times and really enjoy seeing such a happy face with bubbly attitude. I visited 2x recently and noticed he was not in. I would love to see him on my next visit as the CS was just a bit off. He seems to add the Bubbles and happiness to the air. I hope you share your reviews with your staff. I want him to know he is just awesome."
