As a matter of fact I have been to several different pawn shops around Austin to Pflugerville to Round Rock and I always come back to this one because they get me right and plus they are super friendly and make me feel so welcomed. "No wonder they have a 2.6 star rating. I went in there to extend my item with a my receipt of a renewal of a identification card. I did it online so it didn’t have a picture on it... they wouldn’t take my receipt of my ID. They thought I was another person. Completely outrageous. The manager. The actual manager then gave me attitude and raised her voice saying IT HAS TO HAVE A PICTURE.... look I’m going in there trying to hand you money just to extend an item.... I’m not even trying to get the item out... I always tried to be nice to them... it was always so hard because I was wasting my time in there... they have nothing to offer... their selection sucks... their customer service sucks... and their business sucks... believe the 2.6 star rating!!! Not worth your time.... I Would give 0 stars if possible"
