"I give five stars out of a deliberate act of kindness. As I left the store, I was yelled at by the owner that I was incredibly rude (which I found incredibly rude and never experienced in any flower store). The owner exuded negative energy and frustration, and had incredible prices. I came with a small budget and felt that this affected the service negatively. When one buys flowers, one does it to add joy - but I left the store with so much negativity and stress from this person. I was really down. I wished she would consider how her rude behavior and overt frustration is affecting her customers. I recommend meditation and gratitute exercises to cultivate more positive energy. I will certainly not come back."
