"Nice park in Salado, very peaceful experience while being here. River creek is accessible from the park. Parking is located next to the park entrance. Have a nice visit"
"The algae has grown up a significant amount in the last 4 years. The water is shallow enough for a 6 year old learning to swim and deep enough for 10-12 year olds to still enjoy the swim. I only rated 3 stars because of the algae presence, having taken up about half of the swimming space there used to be. The picnic tables made of stone are for certain very nice! Definitely go home and shower after swimming here."
